1. The service
Creator Money OS helps creators organize authorized business and financial signals from supported services, review evidence, and identify items that may require attention. Features may include connections, synchronization, classification, matching, findings, and activity history.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You may not use another person’s account or connect a Google account you are not authorized to access.
3. Connected services
Connecting Google is optional. When you connect it, you authorize Creator Money OS to use the read-only permissions displayed by Google for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect Google from the Connections page. Availability and behavior of Google services are also governed by Google’s terms and may change outside our control.
4. Your data and permissions
You retain your rights in information you provide or authorize the service to access. You grant Creator Money OS the limited permission needed to host, process, organize, and display that information to operate and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights and authority necessary to provide or connect it.
5. Financial information is not advice
Creator Money OS provides organizational and analytical information, not accounting, tax, legal, investment, or financial advice. Findings can be incomplete or incorrect and do not establish that money is legally owed. You are responsible for reviewing source evidence, confirming amounts and obligations, maintaining official records, and deciding what action to take.
6. Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Creator Money OS. You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operation, evade security controls, upload malicious material, violate another person’s rights, or use the service unlawfully. You may not use Creator Money OS to access or analyze data without appropriate authorization.
7. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that every signal will be identified, or that third-party services will remain available. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or misuse prevention.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and may disconnect Google through Connections. Contact Support to request deletion of stored account data. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms, security risks, unlawful activity, or when required by law.
9. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Creator Money OS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising from use of the service. Applicable law may not allow every limitation, so some may not apply to you.
11. Changes and contact
